Some day I might care enough to clean up this page and make it easier to read.
DEFENSE OF PROPERTY
Castle Law, or Castle Doctrine, allows individuals to use force, including deadly force, to defend themselves in their home without the duty to retreat. It is based on the idea that a person has the right to protect their home from intruders. Some states extend this law to places like cars or workplaces, and others expand it into "Stand Your Ground" laws, allowing self-defense in any location where a person has a legal right to be.
I feel countries should defend their borders through any means possible to stop illegal incursions (illegal = those who have not applied to enter the country through legal means).
Concealed Carry, the practice of carrying hidden firearm in public, typically handgun (w/permit). Intended for self-defense, with restrictions in certain places like schools and government buildings.
You can't steal land from someone who did not own the land to begin with.
CANADIAN POLITICS
It should be required that a candidate be a Canadian Citizen for a full 8 years before they can run for Provincial / Federal political office. The Prime Minister should also have to be born in Canada & age of 36-64 (at start of role) to serve.
Political Party can't steal votes. Votes aren't owned by any specific Party or Individual.
Taxes aren't theft. They pay for services you receive free daily. Mismanagement of those taxes is the problem.

As much as I want the Conservatives to win. I believe when a sitting MP (or MLA) leaves their Party they should not be allowed to join another during their term. They should have to become Independent until the next election.
I will bring this up again, as I have for 4 years now. I think Members of Parliament should all be Independent. That a Prime Minister and Cabinet Members should be chosen by election/nomination conducted by those Independent MPs. PM & Cabinet Member roles should be based on Merit not gender/sex or any of that nonsense. We need a Senate, but they should have term limits and be either Elected positions or, again, nominated/voted upon by sitting Independent MPs.
I think an MP should be able to serve 2 -> 4 year terms (if elected), take 1 -> 4 year term off, then be allowed to return (if elected) for 1 -> 4 year term before no longer being able to run.
A PM should serve a maximum of 8 years (if elected) otherwise a minimum of 4 years when elected by sitting Independent MPs.
A Senator a maximum of 16 years with all positions retiring at age 65. (I later changed this to: elected, maximum of 20 years and retiring at age 70 or 20 years whichever comes first).
Independent candidates should also be treated like Political Parties (forming their own EDA's if you will) are now and be able to fundraise/accept donations and issue tax deductible receipts at any time - not just after an election is called.

December 22, 2024 (repeated on X) - In my Canada, you must be Canadian citizen for 8+ yrs before being eligible to run for office. Dual citizenship would be illegal in Canada. You are either fully Canadian - entitled to benefits such as social assistance, CPP, EI, & voting rights - or you are not & receive NOTHING.
The Leader of a Provincial or Federal Political Party should meet several key criteria to ensure strong and representative leadership. They should already be serving as a Member of Parliament (MP) in their riding of residence and be an elected representative of the people. Additionally, they must have been a Canadian citizen for no less than eight years and reside in Canada year-round, without any extended absences. Lastly, proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and governance.
SEX EDUCATION
I have no issue with discussing these topics in appropriate high school classes. However, education on pedophilia and MAP (Minor-Attracted Persons) should strongly emphasize the inherent harm and negativity associated with them. I don't believe in shielding students aged 14 and older from reality—after all, we teach sex education, not because we want them to engage in sex, but to ensure they are informed.
To clarify, I don't believe students need to watch explicit gay content to understand gay relationships and sexuality. Likewise, I don’t think we should normalize it. While I don’t condemn it, I also don’t actively promote it—just as I don’t condemn the purchase of alcohol, but I don’t encourage it either.
Pedophilia and MAP are not "normal," but teenagers aged 14 and older should be made aware of their existence. Education empowers them to recognize dangers and protect younger children. Teaching teens about real-world issues—such as sex, cults, and substance abuse—doesn’t mean we condone them.
Provide teens with foundational knowledge, and as adults, they can explore topics like kink, BDSM, and other aspects of sexuality on their own.

DATA, POLLS, STATISTICS
A lot of the data does tell the full story, but the Liberal government selectively cherry-picks information to fit its own agenda. I also don’t fully trust the “live census” counts—while we might estimate a population of 41 million, we won’t truly know the number until every individual is physically counted.
The issue with data collection is its reliability. Years ago, during a census, I was living with friends and paying rent. When the census came and went, I asked about it, only to be told, “Oh, I didn’t think you wanted to be included.” They didn’t even ask me! I fully support the long-form census, yet in that instance, I was one less person accounted for.
Statistics are only as good as their accuracy. Even when someone is willing to participate, data can be easily manipulated or misrepresented. At best, statistics should be viewed as a guide—not an absolute rule.

ROADS AND HIGHWAYS
Reading comprehension goes a long way--"when I lived in Ohio." Just saying.
Now, let’s dive in. Does this guy really think highways in Canada are fundamentally different from those in the U.S.? Just like Ohio, provinces like Ontario and Alberta have multi-lane interstates, comparable to the 400-series highways or the QE-II. Otherwise, highways across North America generally follow the same two-lane standard.
You can always tell when someone hasn’t done much in life when they try to argue that Canadian highways are drastically different from those in the U.S. Sure, there might be slight differences in materials or road color—just like there are variations between provinces—but at the end of the day, it’s a road.
Also, if you actually paid attention, you’d know that a semi-truck can’t legally drive 110 km/h in a small town like Goderich—just like it wouldn’t in a small town in Ohio. If this guy really wants an eye-opener, he should take a drive through Northern Ontario at night. The speed limit is 90 km/h, but semis will blow past you at 140. Seeing 15,000 kg barreling toward your rearview mirror is a real education on speed in Ontario.
Lowering a semi’s speed limit to 70 km/h doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll stick to it. Just like car drivers, they’ll likely push it by 10–15 km/h, meaning they’d be cruising at 85 while passenger cars are doing 80—or realistically, 95. It’s not about racing—it’s about stopping distance and the difference in stability between a 15,000 kg truck and a 2,500 kg car.
My guess is that the person responding is a truck driver, which only reinforces my belief that heavy trucks and semis should have a speed limit 15 km/h lower than passenger vehicles. They should also be restricted to the right lane, except when passing in rare instances.

RENTAL AND HOUSING CRISIS
Here’s what I think: If we canceled safe supply, shut down drug dens, and instead opened rehab clinics, a significant portion of inner-city issues could be resolved within the first month. From there, we should build pallet shelters to get people off the streets while working toward permanent housing solutions.
Next, let’s implement a nationwide rent cap of 2% per year. Rental prices and unit availability should be transparently disclosed, and there should be a limit on how many rental buildings a single company can own or manage. Additionally, rental listings should include maintenance records to ensure accountability.
If a building has had issues like mice, bed bugs, or major heating failures, these should be disclosed in an annual report. These regulations would apply to investment properties and buildings managed by corporations—not to individuals who own one or two rental homes.

IMMIGRATION
Starting in 2024, immigration should be frozen at zero for five years, with exceptions for those who have already applied due to having immediate family (parent or sibling) in Canada and are under the age of 50. All international student applications should be canceled after 2024, though existing students can complete their studies before returning home. Those wishing to return to Canada may apply after 2029, while essential students, such as doctors, can still apply—provided they commit to staying and working in Canada for at least five years after graduation. The refugee program should be capped at a maximum of 10,000 per year, limited to those fleeing extreme hardship such as war or environmental disasters. A new citizenship test should be introduced, requiring all applicants to demonstrate a working ability to read, write, and speak English (or French, given Canada’s bilingual status). As posted on X on January 13, 2025, sustainable growth is the key to stability—without it, economic and social conditions deteriorate, and if immediate action isn’t taken, the situation will only worsen.
ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSING
January 11, 2025
Anyone crossing the border illegally from the U.S. should be immediately sent back—no trial, no review, no exceptions. Those found working without a valid visa, or on an expired one, should be deported, and their employers should face strict fines, with mandatory checks enforced regularly. A specialized task force combining RCMP, CSIS, CBSA, Public Safety, and local law enforcement should be established to locate, arrest, and deport illegal immigrants on a provincial level, similar to ICE. To enhance border security, a 100-meter-wide clearance on either side of the rural border should be maintained, with marked posts like those in Lloydminster for Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Surveillance should be increased with drones and motion detectors, working in coordination with specialized law enforcement units to track and arrest illegal entrants. Canadians who harbor or assist illegal immigrants should face heavy fines, with significant investments directed toward national security measures. Additionally, U.S. law enforcement officers should be granted the authority to arrest individuals attempting to cross into Canada illegally.

BIRTH TOURISM
Against. A child should only 'automatically' receive Canadian Citizenship by birth if one of the parents is a legal Canadian citizen and has lived in Canada for at least 5 years.
QUEBEC, FRENCH & EQUALIZATION
I said last year "join or leave" about Quebec, but now I don't even want them to stay. It's time to hold a national referendum on whether or not Canadians want Quebec to stay. I would vote NO.
1. Change the Official Language of Canada to ENGLISH only.
2. Remove French & Quebec-oriented offices from our Government (cut Govt by about 20%)
3. Cancel Equalization to all Provinces from Alberta. We can renegotiate with some of them after IF Alberta chooses to.

RACISM, BIGOTRY
The other day I was at a laundromat in #RedDeer & this guy was at the front counter. The owner of the store is a nice Asian man. A young man, clearly with some issues, said in reply to getting change "Thank you, have a good day. That's what we say in Canada"... He made 2nd comment followed by "Welcome to Canada" Now the owner I think has probably been in AB for longer than I have & while his English isn't the best if you treat him w/respect he's a decent businessman. He didn't react to the comments until after the young man had left.
Me, a customer like me & owner all laughed how ignorant/bigoted this young white man was. I think this guy had some mental issues but that wasn't an excuse. I said "You know for someone trying to educate people on manners he should probably do it without a mouth full of food".
I mean I didn't speak up. It seemed better just to let guy go especially if he was a few cards short of a deck. But this nonsense is tired. I won't even make direct remarks about East Indians even though we see some of them being a problem. Are we still this ignorant & racist? I've lived in #RedDeer for 2 yrs now & this is the first person I've heard say such things in public like that. I agree people need to learn English, but I have a neighbor who every day says "Good Morning" even at 4pm... at least he makes an effort. Should English be law, yes.
English needs to be taught for safety & security. Like I said when I first encountered the Russians/Ukrainians refugees. If they can say 'hello' & maybe a 'how are you?' or something you get a sense if the person is a threat or not. It's been a standard for 500 yrs. Getting outraged wouldn't help. I guess the fact we could all laugh it off shows how grossly outdated & individual this young man was. His friend, a girl, was the polar opposite- friendly, talkative. respectful & seemed caring. "Light attracts darkness" as someone put it.
Asians, along w/Ukrainians & Romanians, built the West. Oh & when we get $ back we say "thank you" but no one really says "have a nice day". Here in AB they typically say "Have a good one" though rarely during this transaction, more when they are leaving a store or saying bye. I think this young man might have been taught that as a 'social skill' to help deal with his mental issues, but they forgot to teach him that you don't go around imposing those lessons on other people. The owner of this business is definitely pragmatic & just doing his job.
I don't know call me sheltered but I thought we'd accepted the Asians as part of Canadian culture a long time ago? But then I guess not when we see things like Hijab Hoax where they used "asian man" desc as scapegoat for their lies (media incl). Sad really. Do better #RedDeer

NATIVE PEOPLES
“residential school denialism is inciting hate, full stop.” Who in Canada has denied residential schools existed?
"violence against survivors" Last residential school closed in 98 (most in 80s). I think any survivors are old enough to defend themselves. But what violence??
If native person facing violence I'm going to say often they bring it upon themselves- they themselves are violent, they commit violence, or consumption of drugs/alcohol leads to violence. I've been alive 53 yrs & never seen a native person attacked just bcse they were native.

WHAT IS DOXXING VS EXPOSING SOMEONE?
(in response to a post where LibsofTikTok reported that a ABC mafia teacher had reported her to the FBI for sharing information he posted publicly online.
---
You weren't "doxxed" when you posted info publicly online. You're a teacher so you are in a public position. While your home addy, etc, shouldn't be public you have a publicly funded job. Your actions/comments are directly related to your job therefore it's not doxxing either.
Online threats could be serious, depending on what was said, but the act of posting about you & sharing things you posted is not a hate crime nor is it illegal. People like this waste time & resources that should be spent on REAL hate crimes not hurt feelings.
The rule is simple: If you want something to remain private do not post it online. Period. It's why I use my real name on my posts. AND why, unless you are directly referring to your job you should not be held accountable by your employer for something you posted online. You can be complete racist asshole, but if you aren't posting your video while at work or wearing company uniform your opinions are your own. I have real problem when we blur the lines btwn personal & work when there is a clear line separating the two. Not condoning anything.
If Karen is bitching about her Asian neighbor & using racial slurs then she should be held accountable, but unless she's in public position (like teacher) then her employer isn't involved. Karen can't be a racist but KMart can't fire her either for being one at home or online. And yes, there are levels of "public". Working in retail is public but it's not publicly funded & being racist at home or online has nothing to do with work. HOWEVER if you refer to work, your employer, or the work you do, then YOU have made the CHOICE to involve your employer.
That changes things. Now you've made a connection btwn your views & your employer which they've not endorsed. You harm their reputation & you involve other people in your twisted views. You still don't deserve your home address being shared, but your employer will find out. A teacher, discussing publicly online how they manipulate kids with their personal views & agenda, yeah you're gonna get exposed. You are responsible for your actions & the things you say. Not always for what you post (a discussion for another time).

SOCIAL MEDIA
X / TWITTER
@X being a place that people go to for news doesn't mean X is 'leader in news'. It means they provide a gateway to all of the mainstream & alternative news sources. Until they have their own News service they are not leading in news they are basically just a forwarding service. If anything @X is partly responsible for spreading the misinformation & propaganda written by the MSM through providing them with solid access to the People. They didn't write the crap but they endorse it by promoting access to it.
@X allows #Canadian politicians, for example, to lock their comments so people can't reply. You can go after the politician for clicking on that option but it's X that provides it. X has also proven in the past & @elonmusk said it "Freedom of speech not freedom of reach". And while X has been fairly unbiased (since allowing Trump, etc back on the platform) the mandate of their CEO is to censor speech when it does not meet a standard we don't see. This does protect X when it comes to propaganda being spread in that all speech is 'Free' even lies.
One could spread Hate but thankfully the Constitution limits that. This is the only place that X can step in to 'limit the reach'. The fact someone is charged w/a crime is not grounds to limit their speech on unrelated topics. This is why they had to let @RealAlexJones back. Everyone has a right to their opinion. It is up to the Constitution & Courts to decide if that opinion is Hate or not. Trump's tweets on Jan 6th, for example, were seen by some to be illegal but that still should never have resulted in his being removed from Twitter.
Social media, while privately owned, has a social obligation to provide everyone w/access to a Voice. Even Hitler could have an acct, but things Hate filled he said could be limited. It's horrible to think Hitler might have an X acct but he'd have a Right to a voice to a point. If you are going to be "the source" you must understand that comes with certain responsibilities. X is a fun place sometimes, but it is the "Town Square" & as such must be allowed to function but only if it functions fairly for All.

Sarcasm is not allowed on Elon Musk's "free speech" X platform (unless you have a blue checkmark of course). 12 hour suspension just for stating a fact. The Trudeau Government would rather you just die and stop draining the economy. This is proven repeatedly by their lack of significant financial support for seniors and their bolstering of the MAiD program. If you believe Canada supports seniors you've drunk too much of the kool-aid already. Americans have no idea what sarcasm is, so of course their censors would block someone for using it. And the ability to appeal? Well, you can delete the post - and then you still get a 12 hour suspension and threat as a thank you.
TAXES
None of that 'tax is theft' BS please. Deductions (Canada), over $25kUS ($35k Cdn):
Fed Tx 2%
State Tx (Prov) 5%
Local Tx 2% (no local tx so 2% RSP/401k)
Social Security (CPP) 5%
Unemp Insur (EI) 1%
Ttl tx: 15%
No deductions at all.
It would take 10 mins to calc taxes
revised Dec 19, 2024: "No deductions except RSP/401K/CPP which comes off taxable income."
I also believe in Living Wage (County) for Disabled & Seniors.
They'd pay taxes but still get more $ than they do now.
AISH $1858 CPP/OAS max $2130 LW $3024
As mentioned no deductions for kids, medical, anything. You pay a flat tax of 15% over $35k ie BC min wage FT $36192/yr.

I think we should:
- have a flat income tax 15% total $35k+ income & no deductions. Yes, RSP (which I factored in would reduce tx income)
- eliminate GST/HST & all Provinces charge a flat 10% sales tax.
- Seniors/Disabled should receive a living wage (local) that is taxable.
-pay mothers (yes mothers) 1/2 what an elementary school teacher makes to homeschool their kids.
If they receive this they wouldn't receive 'baby bonus' though.
$1,469 ($122.41 per month) 1st then $735 2nd, 3rd, 4th, max about $3,600/y Paid to homeschool, AB about $23,000/y
Let's:
-Axe the Carbon Tax
-Defund CBC - alt plan is sell off news division & make entertainment side like PBS
-Privatize Canada Post
-Privatize LCBO
-Limit Health Canada give more control to Provinces
-Cut all DEI programs
-Trnf Environment/CC to Provinces
Capital Gains Tax, I'd say reduce it to 5% across the board. HOWEVER parents (living or dead) who transfer property to their immediate children should not pay inheritance tax by either party. Farm, house, car, family dog, ZERO TRANSFER/INHERITANCE TAX.
"Currently, you pay tax on 50% of your capital gains, no matter what your total gains are. As of June 25, 2024, however, you will be taxed on 50% of your annual capital gains up to $250,000. For any capital gains over $250,000, that ratio increases to two-thirds, or approximately 66.67%."

I don't think we should cut GST (for now) but we should definitely cut Carbon Tax from everything. I think eventually we should raise PST to flat 10% in every province & eliminate GST. Tax $ generated from sales should go directly to the Provinces where the purchase took place.
This would mean some provinces see decrease in sales tx (ON from 13>10) while others incr (AB 5>10) but all tx$ would go directly to Provincial coffers not Federal. I believe GasTx should be post Fed 5%, Prov 10 & Local 5, no carbon. Local going direct to community w/station.
So you'd pay no taxes on fuel until it came out of the pump & into your vehicle. No excise or carbon or any of those taxes added into the price before it arrives in the tanks at the retail fuel station. Same tax on diesel as well.
Right now, the taxes on fuel in Alberta amount to about 42c per litre, at a retail price of $1.40/l that amounts to 30% in taxes. My proposal is for 20% in taxes on fuel.

RETIREMENT / PENSION
You shouldn't be able to receive CPP, even if you contribute 1 yr, if you move here 50yo+ You should have to put at least 20 yrs into system (retire at 65). Though, I do support paying seniors (& disabled) taxable 'living wage' as well which is why I'm a bit harsh on who gets it.

Comments I made while listening to a Spaces convo on X:
Canada can not exist without the US, we are too integrated military, economy, the list goes on. It's not 1812, we'd be obliterated in a direct conflict with the US economically or militarily. He's right about us letting terrorists in. We're becoming a security risk.
Provinces have autonomy but fail to enforce it, except Quebec, Sask & Alberta, but our system of Government has been failing us. Dropping The Crown & shifting toward Republic should be better. But 51st State would destroy "Canada" to believe otherwise are fools.
Smith is doing is literally enforcing autonomy our Provinces have. Ugh... see that's problem. People are blinded agst this & against that. Ukraine isn't a "western country", but Russia is no less a monster for wanting to defend it's borders than the US was with Cuba.
I see her as 50/50 still. Smith will do something awesome, then completely stupid. She's not as wishy washy as some, but she's not as strong and bullish as she needs to be to build Alberta stronger.
Arnold is right, Canada is a resource powerhouse and being in bed with America makes us a threat to other countries. China has dug their claws into Canada (thanks Max/Harper) and a stronger bond between Trump's America & Canada is a threat to their expansion & profits.
Russia hasn't encroached on us because of the US they don't really give a crap about NATO.

PARKS CANADA
Access to National and Provincial Parks should be free, they are welcome to charge to camp or park there (more than 3 hours) or for merch they sell. Every Canadian should have access to our Parks regardless of our status.
RANT ABOUT ELECTRICITY BILL
We talk a lot about carbon tax, but we've allowed the discussion over the extortion charges on our electricity bills to get a pass. My electric bill for a 1 bedroom apartment in Red Deer (586sqft) was $72.12 in December - for 1 person. Now, let's look at the charges:
Energy Charge (actual electricity consumed by the unit and my appliances) 152kwh x 9.29c/kwh = $14.12 Administration Charge $10.10 (to do what? the computers do all the work for them in the office, but anyways)
Delivery / Distribution Charges to Red Deer $15.97 - The costs related to building & maintaining the distribution system as well as general utility operations. Distribution fees support networks or pipelines that move energy around Red Deer to your home where it will be used.
Transmission Charge: $22.58 - Pays for: Upgrades and maintenance for the wires and infrastructure that moves electricity from generation facilities to the Alberta communities where it’s used. Paid to AB Electricity System Operator.
Balancing Pool Allocation: $0.21- Balancing $ flow associated w/power purchase arrangements & related events resulting from deregulation. Rate Riders $0.91- Adjusts to compensate for diff btwn actual cost of electricity & approved rate for service.
Local Access Fees: $4.80 - Use of municipal land for electricity equipment or right to be exclusive distributor for an area. So when the City of Red Deer fails to provide adequate services they punish you/others for doing so.
Then of course we add taxes for Govt bloat. GST $3.43 No carbon tax, yet, on electricity, at least not a line item. So, I used $14.12 electricity & bill is $72.12- that's $58 in charges & taxes or 80.4% of total. Reality I pay about 47.5c/kwh for electricity.
So when we talk about things like CTX & GST, which are (usually) small amounts, problem is these are charges on top of charges. I was told if this unit were empty it'd be about $40/mo. Meanwhile somewhere in AB the ruins of an abandoned bldg still has power.
Imagine being a senior citizen (or disabled) & having to pay this bill each month. I don't even use my oven bcse that adds $2/hr. I sit in dark w/2 lites on 12hrs/dy, 2 fans & 2 computers. That's why I only consume 152kwh (up a bit) /mo. Imagine if I didn't live like a miser.

Going to my post and appealing, yeah a lot of fvcking good that does. But I will, maybe I can get suspended for it :) My post was a reply to a comment that a street woman probably stole the fortune cookies from a restaurant in Vancouver and that's why she was offering them for $5-10 on the street. So, Chinese fortune cookies, from a Chinese Restaurant, in Chinatown, but to imply that a Chinaman cook might chase after her was hateful? Who the F is running Elon's Twitter these days? 6th graders?
My appeal: "So, a homeless person likely stole a bag of Chinese fortune cookies, from a Chinese restaurant, in Chinatown, and my post got limited because I said I was surprised that a pissed off Chinamen cook (who you would find in a Chinese restaurant) wasn't running after her. Hateful????"

Extremely RARELY am I ever pleasantly surprised by the outcome of an appeal... this is NOT one of those times.
Calling bullshyt of the 'Great & Wonderful Grok'. I fought with Grok so you don't have to.
This tweet was posted on X just yesterday. We all know what Elizabeth May looks like. She's a public figure. It's not a mystery to the internet. Right? Now, this isn't about this post - it's probably true - it's about what followed today in a debate with the all mighty Grok.
Watch below as it took the time to correct my mistake calling Elizabeth May a leader of the NDP Party (Green, NDP same difference) but it still couldn't provide me with the photo I wanted.
"Elizabeth May might not have a strong visual signature in the AI's training data". True, Elizabeth May is insignificant but literally hundreds of photos of her exist online, AND ON X! Enough that Grok knew to correct my error in calling her the NDP leader!
"I don't have a picture of her - or anyone else"... except Trudeau, Poilievre, Mark Carney, Melanie Joly, Trump... and on and on and on.
Let's assume that Grok has these images stored in memory... he has Trudeau, Poilievre, Singh, probably Bernier (I can't check, you'll read why) but not Elizabeth May?
How can you create all those images you did of Mark Carney... without knowing what Mark Carney really looks like? If I say "create a picture of Mark Carney in a snowstorm walking to school" (as I did) I get a picture of Mark Carney in a snowstorm walking to school. Not some fake AI generated image, I get MARK CARNEY. So you're telling me Grok that Mark Carney looks like Mark Carney would if AI generated a picture of what it thinks Mark Carney might look like? And that that image it created is 100% accurate? Huh? It's "just AI getting lucky". Umm yeah, like EIGHT BILLION TO ONE lucky?
So according to Grok, they have no source for photos, and yet, here's Trudeau. While the face isn't quite right I'd still say they created it with more than 75% accuracy... for someone Grok claims it has never seen before. That's pretty damn good for an AI which dreamed up these images all on it's own with NO prompts it was rambling about except "create a picture with Trudeau". Trudeau who? It should be asking... or "Trudeau" should look completely different than these pictures... if it were being truthful.
Oh, and it's just a 1 in bazillion chance that the "billions of data points" it was educated with included everyone except Elizabeth May? And, it argues that - no, there's no chance she wasn't one of the data points it had "seen". OK, so... why isn't at least one of those pictures her then? "Trudeau's floppy hair" doesn't mean you're getting a 75%+ image of Trudeau's face just his "floppy hair" UNLESS you have photos of Trudeau to generate his "likeness" from.
Then it wastes my time arguing semantics... "seeing is believing"... it can correct me that May isn't NDP leader, it can extrapolate that Trudeau is a PM not a President, but then it challenges what it said when it's read back to it without quotes? Bullshyt!
And, in a trick that Grok no doubt learned from ChatGPT when you call out its' bullshyt:
What's the point? Grok isn't all-knowing, and it's clear that it can provide false information. Relying on a single source—especially AI—for knowledge is risky. Imagine going to the ER, only to be placed in a room with a computer where Grok, ChatGPT, or another AI system appears on the screen to diagnose you. Think that’s far-fetched? Canada is already working on replacing human diagnoses and consultations with AI. What happens when "XYZBot" fails to recognize a simple cold and instead suggests something far more extreme, like MAiD? Depending too much on AI, and assuming it's flawless, is a dangerously slippery slope. AI is a 'tool' not a 'replacement'.
