This book was released under several different volumes and two editions in 2022. As we move forward into the next year I have taken all of those publications and created a single anthology of my poetry and prose. The previous volumes will no longer be available for purchase.
Kevin is a Canadian author who has been writing poetry and prose since the age of 13. He was born and raised in Chesley, Ontario, Canada and attended elementary and secondary school in the community graduating with an Ontario Secondary School Diploma in 1989. Kevin has lived in many places across Canada including Ontario, Nunavut and Alberta, and for several years in Ohio. Kevin is divorced and currently residing in Canada.
The morning came cold, cold like winter, cold like death. I felt the wind blow, it chilled my fingers, it chilled my soul. The snow danced, upon my windowsill, white flakes of frozen fire. I looked out the window, to the darkness of morn, and waited for the dawn. In the coldest winter nights, my thoughts of you keep me warm. You may have rejected my advances and denied me the pleasure of experiencing all the beautiful curves of your body, but in my mind, I have made love to you for one thousand nights. When I think of you my heart still beats faster and my body aches to feel your warm flesh pressed next to mine. Amid the coldest nights my thoughts of our bodies melting together keeps me safe and warm.

Edgar Allan Poe: A Raven for Virginia, is a chronological recollection of the poetry and prose of Edgar Allan Poe and the history unfolding during his short lifetime.
The sudden death of Edgar Allan Poe left those who knew him in disbelief. He was discovered in a state of confusion, wearing unfamiliar clothing, and unable to account for his whereabouts. He was rushed to a hospital, but he passed away a few days later. The cause of his death remains a mystery, though many speculate it was linked to his battles with alcoholism and mental illness.
In death, Poe was reunited with Virginia, the woman he loved most in the world. Their heart-wrenching tale of love had captivated readers and inspired countless artistic creations.
However, for Poe, the anguish of losing Virginia had never fully dissipated. His legacy as a writer and poet persevered long after his passing. His contributions had left an enduring imprint on American literature, serving as an inspiration for generations of writers. Yet, it was his affection for Virginia and the deep bond they shared that would forever be recalled as one of the most profound love stories ever told.
