I think the unusual thing about this house is that it is not symmetrical. Note that the lower right window is not aligned with the one on the second story.
The front porch appears to be centered but only with the left portion of the house attached.
I wonder if the left portion is not an addition that was built at the same time but a modification to the original box design.
Except for the Gothic style window and the large window in the middle all the other windows visible have the same framework. Note the slight peak in the frame above each window.
I don't think I've seen any other houses that look quite like this in my life. Of all the abandoned houses I have visited this is one I definitely want access to take pictures of the exterior and possibly the interior. Close-up photos of this exterior would really compliment the details in the architectural design.
Sadly, like so many abandoned houses in this region, this is signed no trespassing.
If the owners are reading this some day please email me, I would love to photograph this location even if only from the outside.
